Floss Don't forget to floss! Bacteria often cling to the sides of teeth and hide in the gaps between teeth. Flossing once a day helps remove bacteria and maintains healthy teeth and gums.


It's Easy to Use
  1. Use a 40cm length of dental floss for each flossing session.
  2. Hold the floss between your fingers and thumb and gently insert between teeth.
  3. Press the floss against the sides of each tooth and scrape its sides.
  4. After cleaning every two teeth, move to an unused section of floss.
  5. Repeat until you’ve flossed all of your teeth.
Use a Dental Floss product recommended by your dentist.
